CONTROVERSIAL JESUIT ITALIAN PRIEST-CONFESSOR AT GOOD FRIDAY SERVICE

A Jesuit priest-confessor at the Chiesa del Gesu, Largo Argentina, Roma Fr.Giovanni Zanic, 85, was yesterday (Good Friday) present at the Jesuit Chiesa del Gesu,Largo Argentina,Rome. He said on March 12, 2010 that everyone needs to believe in an ex cathedra dogma and if a Catholic or a priest does not believe in an ex cathedra dogma it is a mortal sin.

However when I specified that the dogma I had in mind was extra ecclesiam nulla salus the Italian priest a former professor at a Catholic University said that it was not clear what was meant by outside the Church. Since the Holy Spirit was also present outside the visible bonds of the Church and so people could be saved.

It is true that the Holy Spirit can also be present in non-Catholic religions and even in some actions among pagans, however this is a concept. We cannot identify for sure which is an action of the Holy Spirit since we do not know the motive and understanding of a specific person.

Dominis Iesus says that non Catholic religions have ‘superstition, errors and deficiencies’.Definitely the Holy Spirit cannot be present in those actions and thinking.

For centuries the Jesuits taught that everyone with no exception needs to enter the Catholic Church. This was the ex cathedra infallible teaching. Why change it now with irrelevant theories?

It is a mortal sin for a Jesuit priest to change the meaning of an infallible teaching and then for that  priest to celebrate Holy Mass.

GOOD FRIDAY SERVICE: JESUITS PRAY THAT ALL BAPTIZED PERSONS MAY RECOGNIZE THE CATHOLIC CHURCH AS THE ‘TRUE CHURCH’

At the Good Friday Service yesterday evening at the Jesuit Chiesa del Gesu, Largo Argentina, Rome there was a prayer intention that all baptized Christians may recognize the Catholic Church as the ‘true Church’. It was an incomplete prayer but it was positive. It showed that something new is happening among the Jesuits there. They are not picking up the politically correct position on ecumenism and are rejecting the Kaspar, Masonic version.

There was a prayer intention for the Jews which was vague and disappointing. They prayed for the people who follow their Covenant (sua Alleanza) and that they may know the fullness of redemption in Jesus.

What did the chief celebrant mean by the fullness of redemption? Was he saying that they all need to convert? After some 14 years of seminary formation why can they just not be simple and honest?

Was he saying that the Jews need to follow the covenants God made with them for salvation and so do not have to enter the Church?

This is what Fr. Tonino the Rector of the Church Santa Maria in Via Lata, via del Corso, Rome said about a week back.( I do not recall the name of his Marian religious congregation). Have the priests in Rome got instructions to say that the Jews need only follow their covenants(to Moses, Abraham and the other prophets) and they will he saved? They do not have to believe in the New Covenant of Jesus made with his Blood, Jesus the Jewish Messiah who founded a ‘true Church’.

The chief celebrant at the Mass unfortunately for me was the Rector of the next door Jesuit International Seminary from whom I could not go up to receive the Eucharist.

The last time I briefly spoke to him in the sacristy he said he follows all the teachings of the Catholic Church. I asked him to explain his understanding of the ex cathedra dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, he walked away.
In the prayer intentions was he saying that Protestants need to enter the Catholic Church to avoid Hell or just that it would be a good thing if they did, it was not necessary ?On Youtube this same Rector from East Europe (who refuses to disclose his name) says that he does not believe anyone is in Hell expect for Satan and the demons.
So he clearly contradicts the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation and that everyone with no exception needs to enter the Catholic Church, Jesus' Mystical Body to avoid Hell.
In the prayer intention for the Jews was he saying that the Jews do not necessaily have to convert however if they do realize the 'fullness of redemption' it would be a welcome thing ?
Is this his understanding of the teachings of the Catholic Church which he claims he follows?
