CDF CLARIFIES COMMENT ON CONDOMS BUT NOT JEWS : POPE CONTRADICTS BIBLE

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican has issued a clarification on Pope Benedict’s comment in the book by Peter Seewald. The CDF has said that the Church stance on condoms has not changed.

The CDF has not issued a clarification on Pope Benedict’s controversial comments on the Jews. The pope was contradicting three infallible definitions by three popes and Councils. He was contradicting Vatican Council II and post Vatican Council II magisterial documents especially that of Pope John Paul II. He was directly contradicting the Bible.

The pope told Seewald that Jews do not have to convert, the Good Friday Prayer which he Revised was not for the conversion of the Jews in the present times and there is no mission in the Church directed to the Jews long standing demands, and threats, of the Zionists were appeased.

1.
Christ's discourse with Nicodemus. John's testimony. [1] And there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. [2] This man came to Jesus by night, and said to him: Rabbi, we know that thou art come a teacher from God; for no man can do these signs which thou dost, unless God be with him. [3] Jesus answered, and said to him: Amen, amen I say to thee, unless a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. [4] Nicodemus saith to him: How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter a second time into his mother's womb, and be born again? [5] Jesus answered: Amen, amen I say to thee, unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Ghost, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Matt. 28. 19. - John 3:5 Douay Rheims Bible

Douay Rheims Commentary

[5] "Unless a man be born again"... By these words our Saviour hath declared the necessity of baptism; and by the word water it is evident that the application of it is necessary with the words.

Note. Jesus is saying that without the Baptism of water given to those who have Faith, and are part of the Church He founded, they cannot see the Kingdom of God. Jesus was saying that Jews and Gentiles need to convert to go to Heaven.

Jesus is telling us, that millions of Jews are presently on the way to Hell unless before they die they believe and are baptized.
2.
That whosoever believeth in him, may not perish; but may have life everlasting.

[16] For God so loved the world, as to give his only begotten Son; that whosoever believeth in him, may not perish, but may have life everlasting.-John 3: 15:18

Douay Rheims Bible commentary

18] "Is not judged"... He that believeth, viz., by a faith working through charity, is not judged, that is, is not condemned; but the obstinate unbeliever is judged, that is, condemned already, by retrenching himself from the society of Christ and his church.

Note: Jesus indicates that the present day Jews will perish unless they accept the Promised Jewish Messiah, who made an everlasting Covenant for all time, for Catholics who are the new Chosen People of God.

Catholic Tradition repeats this. So do the Church Councils.

3.
The Father loveth the Son: and he hath given all things into his hand.

[36] He that believeth in the Son, hath life everlasting; but he that believeth not the Son, shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. -John Chapter 3:35-36

Note: That the wrath of God will abide on them is a reference to Hell.Damnation for Jews.

This is our Catholic Faith.
These are just some of the many passages from the Gospel of St. John which says that Jews need to convert into the Catholic Church, the only Church Jesus founded, to avoid Hell.

So the Holy Father directly contradicts the Bible.

Judaism

I must say that from the first day of my theological studies, the profound unity between the Old and New Testament, between the two parts of our Sacred Scripture, was somehow clear to me. I had realized that we could read the New Testament only together with what had preceded it, otherwise we would not understand it. Then naturally what happened in the Third Reich struck us as Germans, and drove us all the more to look at the people of Israel with humility, shame, and love.

In my theological formation, these things were interwoven, and marked the pathway of my theological thought. So it was clear to me – and here again in absolute continuity with John Paul II – that in my proclamation of the Christian faith there had to be a central place for this new interweaving, with love and understanding, of Israel and the Church, based on respect for each one’s way of being and respective mission[. . .]

A change also seemed necessary to me in the ancient liturgy. In fact, the formula was such as to truly wound the Jews, and it certainly did not express in a positive way the great, profound unity between Old and New Testament. For this reason, I thought that a modification was necessary in the ancient liturgy, in particular in reference to our relationship with our Jewish friends. I modified it in such a way that it contained our faith, that Christ is salvation for all. That there do not exist two ways of salvation, and that therefore Christ is also the savior of the Jews, and not only of the pagans. But also in such a way that one did not pray directly for the conversion of the Jews in a missionary sense, but that the Lord might hasten the historic hour in which we will all be united. For this reason, the arguments used polemically against me by a series of theologians are rash, and do not do justice to what was done. - Benedict XVI, “Light of the World: The Pope, the Church, and the Signs of the Times”, Ignatius Press, 2010. (From the website La Chiesa) (Emphasis added)
Pope Benedict XVI states above that he revised the Good Friday Prayer ‘in such a way that it contained our faith, that Christ is salvation for all.’ (This of course does not say that all Jews are on the path to Hell unless they convert as the Church has taught.) The pope says ‘that there do not exist two ways of salvation’(This is bad theology. It is from a man once known as Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger . He indicates there is only one way of salvation and Jews are saved in general through this one way; Christ and the Church, and so they do not have to convert. This is an evil doctrine. It is a falsehood. It denies an ex cathedra dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the above mentioned Bible passages from the Gospel of John.) The pope continues ‘and that therefore Christ is also the saviour of the Jews, and not only of the pagans ‘( Theologically this is saying nothing.lChrist is the saviour of the Jews and pagans and they are saved, even if they do not enter the Catholic Church?).

4.
And Jesus said to them: I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall not hunger: and he that believeth in me shall never thirst.

[36] But I said unto you, that you also have seen me, and you believe not. [37] All that the Father giveth to me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me, I will not cast out. [38] Because I came down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him that sent me. [39] Now this is the will of the Father who sent me: that of all that he hath given me, I should lose nothing; but should raise it up again in the last day. [40] And this is the will of my Father that sent me: that every one who seeth the Son, and believeth in him, may have life everlasting, and I will raise him up in the last day...

[46] Not that any man hath seen the Father; but he who is of God, he hath seen the Father. [47] Amen, amen I say unto you: He that believeth in me, hath everlasting life. [48] I am the bread of life. [49] Your fathers did eat manna in the desert, and are dead. [50] This is the bread which cometh down from heaven; that if any man eat of it, he may not die. [51] I am the living bread which came down from heaven. [52] If any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever; and the bread that I will give, is my flesh, for the life of the world. [53] The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying: How can this man give us his flesh to eat? [54] Then Jesus said to them: Amen, amen I say unto you: Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you shall not have life in you. [55] He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath everlasting life: and I will raise him up in the last day. -John 6:35-40,46-55

Douay Rheims commentary:

[54] "Eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood"... To receive the body and blood of Christ, is a divine precept, insinuated in this text; which the faithful fulfil, though they receive but in one kind; because in one kind they receive both body and blood, which cannot be separated from each other. Hence, life eternal is here promised to the worthy receiving, though but in one kind. Ver. 52. If any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever; and the bread that I will give, is my flesh for the life of the world. Ver. 58. He that eateth me, the same also shall live by me. Ver. 59. He that eateth this bread, shall live for ever.

Note: Jesus is saying that the Eucharist is necessary for salvation. Jews and other non-Catholics do not receive the Eucharist.
5.
The Jews therefore said: Will he kill himself, because he said: Whither I go, you cannot come? [23] And he said to them: You are from beneath, I am from above. You are of this world, I am not of this world. [24] Therefore I said to you, that you shall die in your sins. For if you believe not that I am he, you shall die in your sin. [25] They said therefore to him: Who art thou? Jesus said to them: The beginning, who also speak unto you...
31] Then Jesus said to those Jews, who believed him: If you continue in my word, you shall be my disciples indeed. [32] And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. [33]-John 8: 22-25, 31-32

Note: Jesus indicates that there are Jews who can be saved. Those who respond can be saved.
6.
I am come a light into the world; that whosoever believeth in me, may not remain in darkness. [47] And if any man hear my words, and keep them not, I do not judge him: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. [48] He that despiseth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him; the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. [49] For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father who sent me, he gave me commandment what I should say, and what I should speak. [50] And I know that his commandment is life everlasting. The things therefore that I speak, even as the Father said unto me, so do I speak. John 12 : 46-48 Douay Rheims Bible

Note: Jesus is love. The Promised Jewish Messiah did not come to condemn or hate but to save all. He told us about the conditions in the next supernatural life we are all heading to after death. God the Father chose that all people be united into the Catholic Church with belief in Jesus the only Saviour or the world. Jews and others today know this teaching. Through modern means of communication and education they are informed. Those who are reading these posts are informed.

If they still do not enter then they have chosen to ignore 'the useful information'given to them by Jesus through his Church. On the Day of Judgement they will be condemned.
Pope Benedict XVI, who is still my pope is in grave sin since he has denied the following ex cathedra dogma which Pope Pius XII, whom the pope wants to beatify, called an ‘infallible’ teaching.

1.There is but one universal Church of the faithful, outside which no one at all is saved.” (Pope Innocent III, Fourth Lateran Council, 1215). Ex cathedra.
2.“We declare, say, define, and pronounce that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff.” (Pope Boniface VIII, the Bull Unam Sanctam, 1302.).Ex cathedra
.3.“The most Holy Roman Church firmly believes, professes and preaches that none of those existing outside the Catholic Church, not only pagans, but also Jews and heretics and schismatics, can have a share in life eternal; but that they will go into the eternal fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels, unless before death they are joined with Her; and that so important is the unity of this ecclesiastical body that only those remaining within this unity can profit by the sacraments of the Church unto salvation, and they alone can receive an eternal recompense for their fasts, their almsgivings, their other works of Christian piety and the duties of a Christian soldier. No one, let his almsgiving be as great as it may, no one, even if he pour out his blood for the Name of Christ, can be saved, unless he remain within the bosom and the unity of the Catholic Church.” (Pope Eugene IV, the Bull Cantate Domino, 1441.) Ex cathedra – from the website Catholicism.org and “No Salvation outside the Church”: Link List, the Three Dogmatic Statements Regarding EENS http://nosalvationoutsideofthecatholicchurch.blogspot.com/
The rejction of an ex cathedra dogma in public is a mortal sin. According to Pope John Paul's Veritatis Splendor, a mortal sin is always is a mortal sin and the outward action indicates the inner intention. In this state Pope Benedict XVI  is not in communion with the Church. Confession and a public clarification is the requirement according to Canon Law before he celebrates Holy Mass.
Cardinal William Levada, Prefect, Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, needs to issue a clarification. It was not done when Cardinal Tarcisco Bertone, Vatican, Secretary of State  also denied the ex-cathedra dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. In a front page article in the L’Osservatore Romano (April 4, 2008) a statement was issued to the Chief Rabbinate of Israel to prevent war and to resume dialogue. The report said that Jews in the present times do not have to convert.

Similarly on Sept.22,2009 Cardinal Bagnasco President of the Conference of Catholic Bishops of Italy (CEI) issued a directive before two liberal Rabbis in his office, stating that the Revised Good Friday Prayer for the Conversion of the Jews was not for their conversion and that Jews do not have to convert in the present times.
Are the pope and the two Italian cardinals automatically excommunicated?
Pope Benedict XVI  and Cardinal  Bertone, former Secretary of the CDF, are now rejecting  an ex cathedra dogma when they ex communicated Fr. Tissa Balasuriya OMI for rejecting the dogma of the Immaculate Conception of Our Lady?
Grave matter: The Holy Father denies/changes the ex cathedra dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This 'infallible' teaching (Pope Pius XII,Letter of the Holy Office 1949) must be firmly believed. It is not to be denied in public by Catholics.

Knowingly: He continues a policy on this issue which is the same as the enemies of the Church (Zionists).

Freely: His life is threathend and so are of millions of other Catholics. Whether he was free to reject an ex cathedra dogma God will judge.

About one and an a half hour back I walked across the Palatino ground where the Catholics were martyred. It was here that St.Theresa of Lisseux came with her father, when she first visited Rome to meet the Pope. She kissed the grass on the ground.

Those martyrs chose not to change Church teaching, they chose not to deny the teachings of the Church. They did not deny Jesus.

They too could have denied the faith in the name of peace or survival etc.
This choice was there before so many martyrs, including those at the Palatino in Rome whose relics are placed above a side altar in the nearby Church of Santa Anastasia al Palatino. The relics can be seen. People come there and pray silently.

POPE SAYS REVISED GOOD FRIDAY PRAYER IS NOT FOR THE CONVERSION OF THE JEWS ? EARTHQUAKE SHIFT IN CATHOLIC TEACHING ?
