The Israeli Ambasador to the Holy See has continued repeating the Zionist propaganda about Vatican Council II and as usual not citing any text in the Council documents.The Jewish Anti Defamation League makes the same false statement about Vatican Council II on its website (Interfaith, Catholics Urged: Reject Anti-Jewish Teaching ).

Vatican Council II does not say anywhere that the Zionists or the Jews are the Chosen People of God. Instead Vatican Council II text indicates that all Jews, and Zionists, need to enter the Catholic Church to be among the Chosen People of God.

Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. 1. All non Catholics with no exception are on the path to Hell (Vatican Council II, Ad Gentes 7).

Venerable Pope Pius XII, whom Pope Benedict XVI wants to beatify in spite of opposition from Israel, called the above ex cathedra dogma, an ‘infallible’ teaching.

So Catholics need to protest outside the Israeli embassies when the Zionist political position on Vatican Council II is projected with no supporting texts from the Council.They have been repeating this falsehood through their media for a very long time.
